Very precise applicator, gives you options
I own several of these glitter eyeliners, I believe this one pictured is called orchid rose and was initially a LE with a winter collection. The applicator brush is tiny so you can get a very fine line of glitter, so important as with glitter it is esp important to have good control. It works well alone or over another eyeliner is how I have usually used it. Somer of the glitter liners are packaged in a cylindrical tube and have a mascara piece so you can layer some on the lashes which is very pretty, I prefer these as they are more versatile although this is a good glitter liner and doesnt scare you away with its brilliance, I am in my 40's and still feel comfortable as I can get a tiny line if I want.
