Clairol Professional Repair Daily Shampoo

Pleasantly surprised
I was thrown back when I first saw the bottle, it looked old and outdated but I gave it a try anyway. I had literally gotten my hair colored a week before and it did not dry out my hair if anything it made it soft and made it feel clean. I was not a huge fan of the scent either. It was OK
At first I thought it did a good job of cleaning my hair and I was expecting my hair to look better and style easier. As I continued to use it, my hair didn't seem to have that bounce or fullness I was used to. Good Shampoo For Colored or Damaged Hair
Didn't think I would be impressed but was pleasantly surprised that shampoo made hair look great. 1st use there was a very good lather and it did leave my hair feeling a little dry but after using a good conditioner my hair looked smooth, shiny and color was more vibrant. The next several uses I experienced very low lather, but hair did feel clean - not stripped or too dry and hair again looked gr...read moreeat. Seems to do a good job at smoothing the hair cuticle and making color shine. Sometimes more lather than others and sometimes feels a little dry before applying conditioner. No real scent to speak of. Overall a solid performing shampoo. Too little moisturization for winter dryness
I don't color treat or heat style my hair on a regular basis. I have fine, wavy hair that is prone to frizz and dryness in the winter. I thought that this shampoo moisturized without weighing my hair down. However, for winter, this is almost too light and I found myself using more conditioner to get rid of my flyaways and static. The one thing that would make this shampoo worth buying is the shine it gave to my hair. Pretty Good
Recieved this shampoo for testing purposes and loved it! The scent was nice, subltle and not overpowering. And the shampoo did a really good job of cleansing my hair and left it feeling clean and soft.
