Great Quality for a Drugstore Illuminating Powder
This was my very first highlighters. I got this in the "Catwalk Pink" shade. It is cheap, but you can easily achieve a good highlight with it. My only concern is that my brushes can't pick up the color very well. I have to rub the brush back and forth a couple times and then the highlight shows nicely on my cheekbones, just above the eyebrows along the brow bone, the cupid's bow, or on the nose bridge. It isn't like loose powder; in fact, it isn't powdery at all because it can't cake up or be messy to carry. It doesn't leave a chunky glittery look, rather, it's a very fine shimmer, almost like a radiant glow as the name suggests. The little disc is very portable.
