Allergic reaction...
I like the cooling sensation of this and the color was okay but I didn't like how it doesn't apply evenly. The color would have some light and dark spots on your lips. It has a little bit of shimmer in it. If you're expecting a matte color you won't get that. My lips started itching after applying this. I think I'm allergic to this so I just gave it to my sister and it works fine on her.
