So far the best on the market
Since Shelaq has discontinued I was going crazy buying so called makeup sealants. Since they didn't work I did more research and read reviews and found Kryolan. I mainly wanted it to lock in my eyeliners and maybe brows on a night out at the dance clubs. This is not as good as shelaq, but it does the job and locks in my eyeliner all night long. I use my pinky to apply it, but have my shelaq brushed if I need a different size. Even though there are many waterproof eyeliners, we all know that's not 100% proof and it still cans smear/smudge. I found this on amazon for under $7 which was a very good price, but made me a little suspicious. Well let me tell you it is worth it, even if I had to spend the $19 I use to on shelaq I still would buy this now. It's like my eyeliner is tattooed on and the only way to get it off is basically use an oil base remover on your eyes, such as olive or coconut oil. Any kind of oil actually. This is a great product and the best on the market so far. You can use it on your brows, eye lid/crease, eyeliner and lips too.
