Super moisturizing.....

I love the sheer shades these offer. They were super moisturizing and left my lips hydrated throughout the day. The only complaint I have about this is that the taste is awful. I can't really get over it. It tastes almost like lard mixed with butter but other than that, these are awesome!

Moisturizing!

I really like the subtle wash of color this balm gives. It also gives my lips a nice sheen and leaves them feeling moisturized.

Sheer Light Coverage but Makes Lips Smooth

I've been testing out two L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Balms for a few weeks now and today I want to share my review with you all! I have two colors which are: #218 Rose Elixir and #318 Heavely Berry, both are very pretty light pink colors. This tinted lip balm provides a hint of luscious, kissable color, sm...read moreoothing lips instantly and for a full 8 hours of continuous hydration. Lips are softer and more supple all day long—and keeps conditioning even after it’s been removed. " The L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Balms are a very smooth and lightweight balm that apply so effortlessly and give you a slight hint of color. These are super hydrating, they really make your lips feel soft and smooth for a good amount of time, they also feel very comfortable on the lips and not sticky at all! As you can see from the swatches below, these balms do offer color, (one is slight pink/rose, and one is a pink/rose purple but comes off as light pink/rose as well on the lips) they do have a very sheer coverage and the color will actually depend on the colors of your lips, meaning it will just enhance your natural lip color because this is a balm and not necessarily a lipstick. As far as coverage time, they don't last the 8 hours that L'Oreal claims but good enough where I don't need to apply it every other hour! I do love how these make my lips feel but I am not overly crazy about them because of the sheerness to them. I would highly compare these to the Maybeline Baby Lips in term of texture and feel on the lips although they are a bit pricier that the $2.99 Baby Lips; the L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Balms retail between $5.97 (Walmart) and $7.97 (Ulta). I do recomend anyone to at least give it a try with one or two, you'll love the texture, consistency, the feel, and the look of them, however I don't believe purchasing the entire collection is necessary seeing as the color payoff is not that pigmented.

Color?

In its ways, this really is a good balm. The formula is wonderfully slick and easy on the lips, and completely moisturizing too! It's not even one of those that only moisturizes for half the wear time (as in, when it dries up or wears off my lips, it doesn't take my moist lips with it and leave me with flakes). It sweeps on like a dream, but it does sit a little heavier than most lightweight lip p...read moreroducts to the point that I can tell I am wearing lip balm. Nonetheless, it blends in very well and disguises any dryness or flakiness and leaves this lovely shine. With its clear cap and shiny, gold, twist-up tube, the packaging also makes this balm much more appealing than others in the drugstore. However, the biggest kicker that's keeping me from giving this balm 10 stars is the lack of color pay off. Some ladies with less pigment in their lips might see a little more color when they apply, but I have rose tones in my lips and I couldn't see the difference between six of the eight shades. When they say sheer tint, they weren't kidding! It really is like I bought the same balm six times over when I decided to try all of them. Because it is very sheer, it makes me believe that the only thing separating this balm from other typical twist up balms is its fancy packaging! It really is a shame because my selection has just been brought down by more than half. Variety is the spice of life, no? Still, I can't say too many bad things when it comes to recommending this balm. It contains SPF 15, which is more than most lip products and therefore can be worn during the summer, is unscented and tasteless, it looks good on the outside, feels rich, and is all together worth the money. For ladies who are looking for a little more color, though, I can only suggest trying out the Candid Coral or the Plush Plum shades as those were the only two that showed a hint of color difference on my lips!

Nice Balms - Sheer Shades

I have 3 of these tinted balms. They remind me very much of the Colour Juice sheer lipsticks the company used to make. They scent is light and fruity but not overpowering. They do add moisture and I like the SPF. My one issue is that they don't last all that long and there aren't as many shades as I'd like.

Everyday use!

I love these balms! they are so moisturizing and lightly pigmented they work perfectly with my skin tone. I have bought most of the shades. I have found that they are a really good price in walmart! i def recommend these

Love Mine, Not Long-Lasting Though

I've wanted a color deposting balm for ages and was super excited when I saw the commercial for these. So far I've had two different colors and loved them both. The make your lips feel super smooth, and give just a touch of pretty, subtle color. The mauvey pink is my favorite. The downside of them is they are not long-lasting, Product fades about half an hour after application.

Not enough color

I like the feel of the balm but it has no color hardly at all. I saw a video on the L'Oreal site that said to use the balm in rose elixir shade to help lips for anti-aging. On the model in the video you could see pink on her lips just right like I wanted. I bought some in that shade and it had no color to it no matter how much of it I put on my lips. I was so upset that it didn't do anything for c...read moreolor at all. It is moisturizing but even it wears off quickly. I do not recommend for anti-aging like the video said. It doesn't cover up anything.

One of my new favorite lip products!

I bought Heavenly Berry at Target for $4.99 with my $1 coupon. Even for $6 it's a great price. I love this balm. I can't speak for the other colours but this one is amazing. I love the packaging. I love the colour. It's not super opaque since it's a balm but it still give a nice amount of color. It's very moisturizing and the good thing is you don't need a mirror to reapply when your lips are feeling a bit dry. Great product!

Moist Lips

This is my favorite lipstick/lipbalm. A perfect sheer yet colorful lip product with great shades. My lips tend to dry out but I can wear this day after day with no problem. It is lightweight on my lips perfect for summer but I wear it in all seasons.
