Drying.....
Love how it doesn't smudge but it's really difficult to do cat eyes with this liner. Michelle Phan makes it looks so easy in her video when she said this was the best liner she's ever used. The tip became really dry every time I tried to do a winged line. I find that this also tugged on my eyelid and I couldn't get the line to come out straight and with smooth edges. The lines comes out bumpy ever...read morey time. I have to press down really hard to try to get the ink to come out since the tip dries up really fast.
