Don't even bother!!
I got two of these in a set and since I was on auto-delivery, I have continued to receive two in a set every few months. The first one I tried was a gorgeous shade of midnight blue. However, the application was chalky, uneven, and the actual liner itself is just too dry to get a good line out of it, and sharpening it does not help in any way. A lot of the reviews for this liner aren't very positive on other sites, and there's obviously a reason for that. Most of them are sayin the same things I'm saying, and they actually gave the liner more effort than I did. I don't know if the formula has gotten better in the year or so since it's been out, but I'm sticking with the Big & Bright liner for now which does exactly what I want it to.
