Just okay
I received this "mystery lotion" sample and was really looking forward to trying what I had assumed was a new lotion formula for which the manufacturer was seeking customer input prior to launching it in the marketplace. I still have absolutely no idea why the manufacturer would have TB do market research on an old and not particularly impressive product. However, as this was a "blind test" with an unbranded sample, those considerations did not affect my perception of the product while I was evaluating it. First, the pros: This lotion is light, absorbs quickly, leaves my skin soft and hydrated, and doesn't leave a greasy residue. All good qualities. Now the cons: The consistency was too thin for my taste. It didn't feel rich or luxurious like my favorite moisturizing lotions and creams. And while scents are totally subjective, unfortunately the smell of this lotion was a bit of a turnoff for me, a bit reminiscent of the jars of watery, translucent white, rosewater and glycerin creams from the drugstore that were commonplace several decades ago. However, neither of those issue would have been deal-breakers if the initial hydrating effects of this lotion had lasted for more than a few hours. I really wanted to like this product, but for me it just didn't perform to my expectations of a good body lotion. And now that I know which product I tested, I will add that it certainly doesn't live up to its "Total Moisture" branding. Meh

It's Okay.
It works okay, but seemed thin to me, and I sometimes get a slight rash from it. I bought it because the name is familiar and I felt, like it was trustworthy. The price was right too, but I've used countless better lotions. good lotion for the price
This lotion does the trick, and you can't beat the price. It smells nice, hydrates well, and does not leave your skin sticky. The scent is pleasant, but not overwhelming. not the best
First, the good: it has a light fresh scent that I like. OK, now that's out of the way, the bad: this does not absorb in to my skin very well. It left a film on my skin. It also didn't moisturize my skin as much as I would've liked it to. Average lotion
I was asked by Total Beauty to review this lotion and it was sent to me in an unmarked bottle to prevent brand bias. After smelling it a few times, I had already figured out that it was a Vaseline brand lotion. It smells like that classic Vaseline scent that's been around forever. It's a light clean scent that doesn't linger after you put it on. This lotion is a good summertime or warm weather option because it soaks into the skin quickly and doesn't leave that film that sits on top of your skin. I wouldn't recommend this for winter or dry climates though because it is a very light lotion and has a thin consistency. Wouldn't be great for rough chapped hands either. I haven't noticed any improvement as far as skin texture goes. Not bad
Got this as a mystery lotion to try. It was ok, does absorb quickly but found I needed to apply more often than other brands. Scent is alright, not great but not offensive either. Nothing special

Light moisture
**I received this lotion in a tube/bottle with no name to review so my opinion would not be influenced by the brand name. I tried this lotion for a few days in place of my regular lotion and body cream. I tried it first on dry skin in the evening before bed as a part of my regular routine. It absorbed well and the scent, which was clean, faded quickly. The moisture was rather light and the texture was smooth. When I woke the next morning my skin was relatively soft but not as soft and supple as it usually is with the heavier creams and lotions I typically use. I also applied the lotion after my morning shower, when my skin was still slightly damp. It did not soak in as quickly as it did on dry skin but did not take much more effort so it wasn't a huge issue. As the day went on my skin didn't feel particularly dry but it did not feel as moisturized as I like. I used this product over a period of a few days and the results were the same each time. Basically I enjoyed the fact that the scent faded quickly as I prefer my lotion to moisturize and my perfume to scent (and not clash) but the moisture was too light for my skin. I liked that I didn't feel sticky after applying and the texture was smooth. a very good lotion for the price
I received this lotion not knowing the brand and really liked it. It had a nice scent not to heavy but you could still smell it after you had it on for awhile it felt very nice on my skin it wasn't greasy and didn't feel sticky and it soaked in really quick. It was the perfect amount of moisturizer for the summer I don't know if it would be good enough for winter. Now that I know what brand it is I would definitely consider buying this because its very inexpensive and I really liked the way it felt.
