Eh...
It's very liquid, none oily, but it makes my skin feel sticky after use. I wash my face after because I just can't stand the feeling. It does a decent job of getting most of my eye makeup off. Great Eye Make-up remover
I have very sensitive skin and I try to get as little to no fragrance as possible. I use a cotton round and put some of the remover on it and wipe off all of my eye make-up. It cleans up everything, if you are using a waterproof mascara, you might want to go over the area a second time to make sure you have removed everything. It does not dry out my skin around the eye area nor does it sting my eyes. I love it and it's a great bargain to stock up on when you find a sale and use a coupon.
