This has given me a closer shave than any other I have tried (I only use gels and foams). Satin Care, Aveeno, Gillete for women do not match this one. I does have frgrance listed under ingrediants, but the shave is so close, I can't throw it away. My skin reaction was some ingrown hairs. But no rashes or burns. I suspect it's performance is due to the fact that it was made for men.
