Horrible
It has no pigmentation, does not apply evenly, sheds onto your face and clothes and is impossible to remove. Even the color choices are bad. No No!
Received this in the Total Beauty Box. The color was Onyx. It was a horrible experience. One, I would never want this color on my body that's for sure and Two, it doesn't apply evenly, it's just a roller-ball mess. Maybe if you use a eyeshadow sponge or brush you may be able to blend it on your eye lids but I really don't think it's worth the try. Useless
I received this in a beauty subscription box and was excited because I had never tried anything from NYX before. I got the pinky champagne shade and it looked so pretty in the bottle. Unfortunately this does nothing. The roller ball is awkward on your eyes. Terrible concept. I rolled this out onto my hand and then picked up the product to apply on my eyes and cheekbones. This was not very pigmented at all and when I tried to blend it, everything just rubbed off! Basically this dispenses a light dust of glitter/shimmer on your skin that in a matter of seconds will blow away. It has zero staying power. Roll on Shimer
Within the last 6 months, I've been seeking out products that are pigmented and have lasting power. I would not have purchased this on my own without trying it first. A full size roll on shimmer came in the monthly Total Beauty Collection. I liked it, I used it, but I don't know if I would have made an effort or the investment to purchase this on my own. I don't know if it was the color choice that I didn't like or if it was just the product in general. I liked it when first rolled on my eye for shadow, but the color and shimmer did not last long. I've come to realize that NYX products are not as pigmented as they claim to be. I love this!
I love this as eyeshadow. I have Onyx and green. I get compliments every time I wear it. It shimmers and adds a little sparkle. I did not like it on my body because it didn't look good. The onyx made my body look dirty. It's not easy to apply. You have to hold the bottle upside down to apply it so you get the best effect. I had to try this quite a few times before I got the hang of how to use it effectly. So disappointed....
I got this as part of my total beauty collection. The only good thing about this product was that it has good pigmentation. I couldnt get it off with just water and soap the first time. Its awkward to use and how are we suppose to use it anyways?! I couldnt just glide it on so i use a brush to pick up the powder and then apply it to my eyelids. It creates fallouts and the the glitter particles doesnt stick to my eyelids, only the black color. I cant make the color vibrant either even though it has really good pigmentation. I suggest if you put this on be sure to hold a paper towel or something underneath your eyes to catch any fallouts or else you'll end up with dark undereyes. The surprising thing is that on NYX website it was rated as one of their top products. excellent
This product for me is intended to be used to add shimmer to a shadow i already have on. i used this on christmas eve and received compliments for the subtle look.
