my favorite drugstore eyeliner
I continue to buy this for $7 from target. I've first bought it in spiced chocolate, a beautiful slightly sparkly brown. I use this in the mornings when I'm crunched for time and don't have enough time to sit and wait for my eyeliner to dry. however, it's not very creamy at all and the stick is very thin, so it slightly tugs at your eye and the stick may break.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
