This has got to be the most ridiculous waste of time I have ever seen. Thank GOD i only paid for shipping for this...they have tried to fix something that wasn't broken. You put these little pieces of cardboard called 'Butterflies" in your hair, section it off, then use this weird little contraption called "The Cocoon" to spread the high lightening product over the hair strands. It tells you to 'Prime' the Cocoon" as if it were some kind of legitimate mechanical device. The only thing good about this kit was the black gloves it came with. They don't give you nearly enough of the 'butterflies" to cover your entire head...and they don't give you enough of the solution either.
