Great Product but Formula Too Oily

I'm a huge fan of Paula's Choice products, for the most part. I love the fact that Paula uses retinoids gentle enough to heal and revive skin without burning it. I love her idea that any skin care product which is used on the rest of your face can and should be used around the eyes! The results of this are good. With consistent use, you can expect help with aging skin, acne, and discoloration....read more Skin will be smooth and definitely appear younger and luminous. My problem with this particular formula, however, is that it was far oilier than most of the others. My skin didn't absorb it easily, despite the fact that I used just the smallest bit necessary over my face and neck. This would be a nine- or ten-star rating otherwise, but the feel took away some stars.

Love it!

First of all, this company has awesome products that REALLY work without animal testing-right on! This product is fragrance, color, and irritant free. My skin tone and texture has improved noticeably since using this product. It is fairly priced. And it is one of the only retinol products my super sensitive skin can tolerate. The packaging also keeps the product clean and the great ingredients potent.

Good for the price, but not Retinoid good Quality.

I've tried ALL of Paula;s dry skin, sensitive skin and some of the combination products. I've been using this product for almost a year switching up my routine with Tetinoin, Nia24 and Paulas's resist serum.. I like the silky texture of this product, but as in Retinoid quality I don't think it's that great. So it's not my favorite of her brands, I think her other serums are just as good or better.

silky smooth on the face

I like that it has natural ingredients and it's not full of chemicals. It has a very nice texture to it. I received a free trial size from TotalBeauty to try this product out. I must say that I really like it and had no irritation issues. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for an anti - aging serum that has a great price.

Noticeable difference after a week!

This if my first rodeo with a Paula's Choice product and I was impressed by the culture and integrity of the company so I spent $40 on this. I am 32 years old with fair skin, nothing too sensitive but I am starting to get concerned with the idea of wrinkles and keeping my youthful glow. I do have adult acne (blah) and I notice my skin complexion at times looks uneven. I would be open to other products but I think my choice at the moment is Paula's choice...no complaints!

Not A Good Product...

This retinol cream did absolutely nothing for my skin. In fact, I think it actually got a bit worse the longer I kept using it. After about 4 weeks, I threw in the towel and started looking for something else. This was a complete waste of money.

Best silky smooth skincare

I got this trial and fell in love within a couple of days use!! Like, but too oily for me

I received a full sized free sample of this product from Total Beauty. I love the results of this product, but it's very oily. I usually would use such a product in my morning routine, but I use this at night because of the oilyness.

Wonderful product but just too oily

I tried out this product for about a week and while I do love the results that its given me, I do not like how oily it makes my face; both when I am wearing it and even when I have washed it off. My skin is a bit oily in general so I am going to pass along this product to my mom who has skin that I know can benefit more from this product. Great product!

I love this retinol product because I noticed the skin complexion turns smoother after using it for a while. Though its texture is very very moisturizing, it neither lead to breakout or left greasy at night. I think I will keep using it until there are new products come out.
