OMG I love this!!
I have long lashes already. So I look for mascaras to define my lashes. So I wasnt really looking to buy a primer but I love ELF so I thought I would try it. And It is one of my favorite ELF product I have bought. It makes my lashes look AMAZING! Worth every penny!
This is SO inexpensive but it works like it's worth so much more. My lashes look amazing with just mascara, but this takes it to another level and never looks overdone or clumpy. I'd suggest it to anyone and everyone who wants their lashes to look amazing. Just curl your lashes, apply the primer, let it dry, and put your mascara on. Voila! Awesome primer!
I bought this primer a month ago, as well as a ton of other elf products (their products run from $1-$3 so I figured I would try a bunch of stuff) and this was one of the best things I purchased. Apply a coat to your lashes and let dry, then apply your mascara. I use Diorshow, which works amazingly on it's own, but using this mascara primer before made my Diorshow 10x better!
