A very nice at home hair color

I love Garnier for my hair products. I have bought this hair color a few times. I really like this one. I make it a point to not wash the hair for at least 2 days before using it. It works well like that. It leaves my hair healthy looking, doesnt smell soo intense like other hair colors. The desired hair color comes through very nicely when I use this product.

Worked excellent for me

I love the technology with reds, It can actually brighten up a dark color into a beautiful red shade. It's a deffinetely must buy if you are thinking in dying your hair red and don't want to go to an extreme change. I'd say this one is the first step.

Recommended

I was happy with the ease of the application and the serum that came with it. I used a bright red color on blonde hair, and it stayed for the expected amount of time. It also faded to a pink, which is not ideal, but I liked it anyways.

Works for dark hair - but not too dark ...

My hair was colored black, but I was ready to switch back to red. Rather than strip the color, I decided to try this product. It didn't do a thing and I ended up stripping it after all. Now it's been a few months and my mousy-brown roots are coming back in. Today I decided to give this another shot to color over the existing, slightly lighter color and brown roots, and WHOA! I have to say, this w...read moreas the color I'd been looking for, for like a decade! I love it. So rich and glossy! I don't know whether the initial problem was that my hair was black or that it was dyed black. If anyone is in the same position I was, with really, really dark hair or artificially dark hair, don't expect this to work. However, if your hair is chestnut brown or lighter, I expect this will give you the same vibrant but believable hue I am enjoying today!
