It's ok.
I am not a big fan of super red color on my lips because I don not think it looks good with my skin complexion. My skin color is a combination of yellow, and brown, so not just any lip stick looks good with it. I have this Xtreme Lip Cream in Absolute Red. So I tried it, and oh boy! It was so intense. The color was just so red. When my boyfriend saw it he kind of laughed at me, because it said it didn't go with my skin color. The color bleeds and doesn't dry quick. It doesn't say on your lips when you drink water, it leaves marks on the cup. The only thing I liked about this product was that it doesn't feel sticky at all. So after a few minutes I took it off, and it smeared all over my face. So this is not my favorite. Weird looking
I got one of these to try. The color was not true to the color on the website. Maybe the color is wrong for me. It applies kind of like a lipgloss as in it has a doefoot applicator. When you apply it it looks very bold and unnatural. You have to kind of blend out the edges with your finger to help get a more natural look, but it still looks strange on the lips. NYX Xtreme lip cream- Strawberry Jam
When I saw the color I was not sure about it. I wear color on my lips once in awhile but was excited to try it out. The first thing I noticed was how "xtreme" the color was, definitely fits its title. I liked that it was so pigmented. I also liked the color on me, which surprised me. For me, it's not an everyday color but I would wear it when I go out for girls night out or a party. On the bottle it says its not a lipstick or a gloss , its totally right. It goes on smooth, not heavy, not sticky, & a great pop of color. NYX Xtreme Lip Creme
I normally use either lip balm or lipstick, as I have not had good luck with lip glosses. I was amazed at how nice this product was. Xtreme Lip Cream in Nude Peach Fuzz
"Xtreme" is the perfect way to describe the pigment in this lip product. Its very intense which is not something I'm used to but it was fun to try. It doesn't feel heavy at all which is great. I also like how it went on really smoothly. It definitely is somewhere in between a lip stick and a lip gloss, if you can imagine that. The color really wasn't for me but in a different shade, I think this would be fun for a night time look. You would have to keep the rest of the look pretty subtle though because the lip cream makes a bold statement. Let me start off by saying that this lip cream is extremely pigmented, which I love beyond words. It's not the texture of a gloss or a balm, it's more of a whipped texture that feels great on the lips. The only down side is that because it is sort of whipped, it just sits on top of your lips. Meaning, if you kiss someone or drink from a cup, a big portion will come off and leave your lips splotchy. Decent Product
I have the first one on the left side of the picture. It is very creamy as it does say cream in the name of it. After a few minutes it didnt feel as heavy on my lips as it did when I first applied it and it ended up feeling nice. It has great color to it but I was disappointed that when I took a drink or gave my daughter a kiss on the cheek, that it was coming off of me. So be prepared to wipe the product off of things and to reapply it through out the day.
