A bit shimmery
This is a nice blendable color, but I found it to be too shimmery. — 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Nice Color but not Long Lasting
I bought this to line the inner rims of my eyes for that super awake, doe eyed look. The color is really nice and the pencil is creamy and easy to apply. This can also double as a super subtle brow highlight. The color is so natural when using as an inner rim brightener. It is not too bright and does a great job at waking you up without being too obvious. The main issue I have with this is that it does not last long. It doesn't seem like there was much attempt made to make this water proof. For a product that is meant for the inner rims of your eyes, it really should be water proof. I also dislike the quality of the packaging. This is a twist up liner and I find that every time I take the cap off, the pencil is twisted way up. I have to manually push it down each time I open it. I would expect better packaging from an $18 liner. I love Tarte, but this product is a miss for me. — 7 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Amazing!
For the longest time, I used a white liner on my waterline to make my eyes look bigger. I mean, it did look okay, but this makes it look so much more natural! It's super creamy and goes on my waterline really well and of course, it makes me look a lot more awake, and it makes my eyes bigger. It's a bit pricey, but no more than an Urban Decay pencil liner. I use this on an almost-daily basis, and I love it so much! This is a product I'll repurchase whenever I run out, and if they discontinue it, I'll be extremely disappointed. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants super awake looking eyes! — 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 13 of 18 people said helpful

Pricey
This rim liner was a bit pricey at $18. I wanted to love this liner, because I was switching from my 99 cent NYC eyeliner. I told the girl at the store that I was ridding of my white liner, and she said that it was a good idea because white is very 1980s. I have nothing against the 1980s, because I was born in that decade. White liner was doing the job for me and other people always complimented me (unless they lied). I've gotten zero compliments with this liner. My eyes look weird, almost washed out. However, it's not so weird that I won't use this product. It could be that my skin is fair to light, and white is a better compliment, versus the nude shade, here. So then I have to watch which shades of eyeshadow I wear. For instance, I can't wear my nude with shimmer shadow to pretty up my eyes, because it's not flattering with this liner. Instead, a darker shade of shadow is more flattering. The liner goes on smooth, but not evenly on the rim. My white always went on, evenly. I will not purchase this again. I've heard that a very light blue eyeliner acts as a brightener, so that will be my next purchase. — 1 month, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Okay.
It's a nice idea, and it actually makes your eyes look bigger. It just fades SO fast. If it had staying power I'd give it a 10. It just doesn't deliver. — 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
