Wonderful lip moisturizer
This is another product I was exposed to through Birchbox. I received a small sample in my box that still lasted me quite some time. The texture of this is sort of between a balm and a gloss. It glides on like a gloss but with absolutely NO stickiness. It's claims to be a lip enhancer, plumper, etc. are meaningless which is the only reason I did not rate this a perfect 10. This doesn't do anything to enhance the fullness of my lips. I would rather call this a lip conditioner because it does an excellent (amazing!) job at that. My lips can get very dry with excess skin and flaking. I will put this on my lips at the beginning of my makeup routine. Since I apply my colored lip products last, by the time I get to that step my lips are prepped and nourished for whatever I put on them. Since receiving the sample of this, I have bought two full size versions. I have one at home and one in my makeup bag that goes with me everywhere. That is how much I love it! When I purchased my first full size version of this from Birchbox, it was backordered. That is how popular this product is. If you're looking for an actual lip ENHANCER, skip this. This is an awesome product if you are looking for something to condition your lips. It goes on silky smooth and feels wonderful. Amazing
I constantly suffer from dry lips and it is so annoying because color on my lips never looks very good. That was until I got this product and let me tell you my lips have been transformed! My lips are sooooo soft and smooth, I can't believe how good they look now. I don't know if it really plumps my lips but I really don't care because the moisture this product provides is amazing! I put this on in the morning and before I go to bed. It's not glossy but provides an extra umph that normal chapstick does not.
