Nice Enough
Although I prefer not to use facial wipes to remove my makeup, they are nice to have on hand for extra lazy evenings. I got a free pack of these and have been liking them when I use them. These have a light smell that goes away after a few minutes which is nice. I find that they aren't as effective as the Neutrogena wipes at removing all of my makeup. However, these are gentle and I appreciate the light fragrance. Some makeup wipes can sting my face, but these don't at all. These are reminiscent of the Yes to Blueberries makeup wipes, but they aren't as strong smelling and they cost less money. Very Good & Gentle To Eyes
I've recently been having issues with makeup removers and makeup remover wipes making my eyes burn. I have allergies and it may be just worse lately or my eyes are getting more sensitive. With that in mind, I have been trying more natural products to see if they are less irritating. These wipes are gold and I am thrilled to find them. The package is the standard "peel open the front flap and grap a wipe" that we've all become familiar with. The formula is very natural and gentle and did not irriate my eyes, my skin or cause me any breakouts. It takes all my eye makeup off, although lots of eye makeup, or very dark eye makeup, may require some rubbing and possibly a 2nd wipe, which I can live with. The scent is very herbal and some may not like it, as its strong but I find it relaxing. Excellent
I got this recently, and have no regrets. The wipes get your face very clean without excessive dryness. They do smell very strongly of white tea, which is a very interesting herbal scent (that's why I gave it a 9, but the smell is growing on me). I haven't tried any of their other facial products, but so far I am impressed. If you have very dry skin you may want to use some moisturizer with it, but honestly I have a tendency toward dryness and my face feels amazing afterward. Loving it!
First off I have to say that I've switched almost all of my beauty products to more natural/organic ones, and Burt's Bees is one of the best natural beauty brands. These wipes uphold that standard of excellence. I use them on nights when I'm too lazy or tired to wash my face. They give my face a great clean feeling, and remove pretty much all of my makeup. They aren't great at removing waterproof mascara or eyeliner, but overall they do a good job. The smell is kind of strong but it's not a horrible one, and it goes away after a little while. I also have dry, sensitive skin, and these wipes are lovely for me. Amazing! (and good for your skin!)
I have recently started changing my beauty products over to more natural ingredients. This was my first "organic" product and I couldn't be more pleased! My skin has never looked or felt better. The smell is strong (an acquired smell, but I enjoy it), but fades rather quickly. It is non-drying, non-irritating, and removes my makeup...even my waterproof mascara!
