    Everyday Go To Palette

I received this as a gift and could not wait to use it! I had heard a lot about it in the past but had never really swatched it or looked into it. At first I was skeptical because I have super sensitive eyes and I had tried my sisters identical palette and it irritated them terribly. I have also never tried any eyeshadows from Too Faced so I was not sure how my eyes would react. Fortunately, this shadow formula does not bother me at all and I cannot wait to invest in more of these eye palette collections. The "day" top row colors (Heaven, Velvet Revolver, Sexspresso) are all completely matte and are extremely pigmented. Heaven is great for NC15 girlies like me who want an all over lid color and looks great with Velvet Revolver in the crease with winged pin-up eyeliner. Sexspresso is an awesome dark brown that I have also used for my eyebrows when I have forgotten my eyebrow palette. The "classic" middle row consists of all shimmer shadows (Silk Teddy, Push-Up, Erotica). Silk Teddy often replaced my holy grail all over eye color, Nylon by MAC. It is a lot more subtle and has a beautiful shimmer. Push-Up and Erotica are great outer-v and crease colors as they have a lot of dimension. They are all very smooth, have little to no fall-out, and are extremely pigmented! The "fashion" last row has two hits and a miss... All of the shadows (Nude Beach, Honey Pot, Cocoa Puff) have shimmer with Cocoa Puff having some fine glitter and Nude Beach having an enormous amount. The only shade that I do not use AT ALL in this row, and palette, is Nude Beach. It has almost no pigmentation once put on the eye with a brush and has a lot of glitter fall out. If you swatch it with your finger you will notice that it has a very gritty feeling that I usually do not fancy in a shadow... Besides Nude Beach this is an excellent palette and the only reason I am only giving it 9 stars. Unfortunately it is a higher end palette and I like my money (and a gift givers) to be well spent! — 4 weeks ago

    Love

I love this palette. If you can't afford the UD naked palettes you should definitely check this one out. It has the perfect colors for creating everyday looks without getting bored. — 6 months ago

    My Ultimate

This and Urban Decay's Naked palette are my ultimate eye shadows. I might even put this one ahead of naked because of my love for silk teddy. They recommend using it as a highlighter but it is my absolute favorite eye lid color. Whenever I wear it I get sooo many compliments and push up is a nice compliment. Seriously I recommend everyone buying this palette, it is one of those products that makes me feel extra pretty. — 9 months, 2 weeks ago

    Good All Around Eye Palette

This palette, consisting of nine neutral shadows total of matte, shimmer, and glitter formulas is a very good investment! For anyone who likes neutral shadows, this is the palette for you! The first row of three colors are all matte shades, and work excellent to create an everyday basic eye. The second row are more shimmery colors that are a little bit more dramatic and really pump up the volume. The third row are glitter and shimmer shadows and really dramatize any look. Most of the shades have good pigmentation, with the exception of Nude Beach which is honestly just patchy glitter on the eye. The staying power is also very good on most of them. There is a little pull out drawer underneath the palette which houses a double ended brush, an angled end and a sponge end. You could also fit a small eyeliner into the space, if you need to. The other negative I have about this palette is the packaging. For almost $40, I expected everything to be immaculately put together and it wasn't. There was stray lines of glue everywhere and the paper is already starting to peel away at the corners, and I've only had it for one week. Overall, I do recommend this palette! — 10 months, 1 week ago
