I don't neccessarily have oily skin. Therefore I did not really notice a difference in the shine department. Doesnt over dry it though, and doesnt leave it oily either. For acne, No. Just no. I don't like this product at all. There's no scrub feeling to it at all and my face is still oily afterward. The only thing I like about it is it smells fresh.
