I purchased this to try with my favorite smoothing shampoo and I am so glad I did! I use about a quarter size amount on my medium length coarse hair. I put a shower cap on while I wash my body then rinse out. The scent is very light and pleasant and my hair feels super smooth after rinsing out. I can blowdry my hair faster and it isnt as swollen. It makes it so much easier to flat iron without having to pay $200 for a keratin treatment.
