I don't think Wet and Wild gets enough respect. It's great for when you want to try something new or you're learning to use makeup-- inexpensive but still pretty good quality, so if you don't like it you haven't wasted a bunch of money, but still pretty wearable. I LOVE Wet N WIld, but this eyeliner is just not their best product. It is very hard to apply as other reviewers have stated; you have to press very hard. I didn't notice it staying on longer than any other eyeliner either. But as Little Bunny stated, this is a great budget brand to try and test new products, and many of their products I buy and use every day. This is just not going to be one of them! To add, the cap does not stay on the pencil which can be really annoying. It Is What It Is For $1
This stuff smudges very very easilywithout you having to make it happen. I used this to make presine lines on the insides of my eyes and it smudged on its own. Didn't want that effect. and its hard square eyeliner part hurts the eye area when applying. If you like the smudge look without having to do all the work, get this. Total waste
I bought this eyeliner in charcoal and liked the color. However, the product isn't creamy at all and doesn't apply easily. I had to hold my eyelid taught and press the pencil into my skin pretty hard to get any product on my eye. I kept having to draw over and over my skin to get any product to transfer, and it never really worked. Also, it was pretty uncomfortable having to put that much pressure on my skin from the pencil. Not Happy
I wanted to try a blue eyeliner and the main selling point for me was the price. I figured if it didn't look good no big deal I was only out a dollar. I loved the color, just not the product. It went on my upper lid no problem and smudged great for a smokey eye. The problem came when I did my waterline. The pencil was too hard and I did one eye before I stopped because it was too painful. If you only put this on your upper lid it's good. This will go where all my *fail* makeup goes, my friends 2 year old daughter so she can "do her makeup" when mom does hers.
