I started using this in high school when I had braces. It worked great then and works even better now. When I use it my teeth feel cleaner and look whiter regardless of the toothpaste I use. I have used this for almost 10 years. I have really cramped teeth and this gets in between and in all those hard to reach places. My hygienist gets mad because I don't floss but she says my gums are very healthy since I use the Sonicare. I sometimes use a regular toothbrush so when I go back to my Sonicare I remember why. It is better than going to the dentist. I have had a hard time finding the small brush heads lately The large ones don't fit into the tight parts of your mouth.
