Really works!
I use this mouthwash and swap it out with the Crest Pro Health without alcohol mouthwash. The whitening rinse does have a weird taste that takes some getting used to but it really isn't as bad and is not a powerful and burning taste like the alcohol based mouth washes. I use it after I brush my teeth in the morning, after lunchtime, and after brushing my teeth at night. Every other day I use the pro health mouthwash made by Crest. It keeps my teeth white and gives me great breath! I expect to pay more for a whitening rinse, but it actually works and do not mind it. In comparison to the other mouthwashes out there, the price is actually even. Works...but Gross.
I liked this item...because it does whiten temporarily. BUT - the mouthwash is sort of chalky white and you have to rinse it out well because it leaves a gross residue. Love this!
When I first got this I wasn't really expecting it to whiten my teeth very much, I just wanted an alcohol free mouthwash and figured if it got my teeth a little white then hey bonus. I was very surprised though.
