This toothpaste did minimal whitening to my teeth, and the tube is smaller than your average toothpaste. Thus it doesn't really last as long. Also when it's almost done, it's hard to get out the remaining bit. There probably is still at least a fourth of it in the tube that I couldn't squeeze out. Also, the taste is very strange and it doesn't make my mouth feel fresh at all. Overall, I would not recommend this toothpaste since it neither whitens nor makes your mouth feel refresh like other toothpastes can. This toothpaste doesn't leave your mouth feeling fresh, like it doesn't have enough flavor or clean very well. I wouldn't know if it whitens because it tore apart my mouth and gums causing me sensitivity and shooting pain. I had never had problems with sensitivity before using this toothpaste and my mouth still hasn't fully recovered (over a year later).
