This lip liner is the creamiest one I have ever used. I bought this in Splendid which is a light slightly metallic pink. This is non-drying and leaves my lips feeling good at the end of the day. The price is also fabulous. For the quality of the product I would expect to pay a lot more. This lip liner is definitely worth the purchase. It feels creamy and goes on very smoothly, is very long lasting (provided that you blot it after application), and doesn't smudge. I really like this...
I have this lip liner in "Seduce" and it creates the perfect subtle lip. I don't know if it's the lip liner or if I feel more playful with something called "Seduce" on my lips, but it seems like men flirt with me when I wear it! Best lip liner ever!
I have this lip liner in "radiant" and it's my favorite lip liner. It's a very close match to my natural lip color, so I don't have to worry about the visible lip liner problem. I took it for a test drive and it didn't feather all day. Even at it's regular price ($5.50) it's definitely worth it's money. I found a $2-off coupon for the CoverGirl LipPerfection line in the newspapers and a $1-off coupon in Target for any CoverGirl product.
