Not For ME

Made my hair feel very heavy, weighed down, no shine what so ever. With all the film it left on it how could humidity possibly get through to it! Not a fan but it will provide humidity control if you're ok with all the weigh down.

Liked it

I have very fine, straight shoulder length hair with an oily scalp. I smooth a very tiny bit of this on the end of my damp hair, blow dry or air dry and style with a curling iron. It left my hair smooth and shiny without frizzy flyaways. It did not weigh my hair down or make it greasy or stringy looking. It is not expensive. My style kept pretty well without frizzing. It has a pleasant fragrance. I liked it.

Great for Florida!

I use this at my parents house whenever i go visit them down in florida. It keeps my hair beautiful all day and holds my style. i recommend this in a high humidity area but not for anywhere else because i can see it making you hair flat and greasy

Waxy, not conditioning

I thought I'd go for this product because I'm trying the natural thing for thin, dry curly hair. This product did nothing for it except make my the ends look fried. It also has a weird waxy build up. Returned it after one or two uses. The only reason it gets a three is that I'm reserving one and two star ratings for products that actually cause long term damage.

Dissappointed

I have medium/thick hair and I was expecting this product to give my hair shine and fight humidity. It did smooth my hair but it did not do anything in terms of shine. The product also failed to fight humidity. My hair ended up curling at the ends and frizzing as usual. On the plus side, it did not weigh my hair down or make it greasy or anything like that. I will not purchase this product again.

Heavy & Sticky

Just like the subject line says: it's heavy, it's sticky, and I don't like it. The only reason I gave this a 'two' not a 'one' is because the smooth serum was even worse!

Not a fan!

Leaves my hair crunchy and not particularly smooth. Hoping to find a cheaper replacement for my current Aveda frizz-fighting product but I'd rather just pay more for something that works well!

Not Worth the Money

I live in Florida, so I figured I'd give this a shot and see if it would do a better job than my usual gel in keeping my extremely curly hair tame. I think not. Somehow this product managed to make my hair both greasy AND more frizzy than ever before. After a few tries, I gave up and the bottle has been collecting dust in my bathroom ever since. I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Bargain

I got this product to help treat my super frizzy tight curls during especially humid weather. Assuming I'm using appropriate my regular frizz-controlling shampoo and conditioner, this stuff is a great addition to my routine (though I've found as a standalone product it's effectiveness goes down). It does help keep my curls moisturized and resists frizzing. I'll use a styling gel afterwards to help...read more hold the curls shape. Its got a really strong scent though (which smells fantastic), so if you're sensitive to that beware. It's also strong enough to interfere with other perfumes you're wearing, so be sure to test compatibility first.
