NeXXus Pro·Mend Split End Treatment Daily Shampoo Reviews

Very fragrant
The shampoo is gentle for colored hair, but too heavily fragranced for my liking. It has a strong coconut with a hint of floral. It is a pleasant smell, but too strong for me plus fragrance generally irritates my scalp with continued use. It is also expensive. It did leave my hair soft, shiny, and managable. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

just okay
I was so excited to try this line when I saw the ads, as I was really hopeful that it would fix my split ends. I have fine, wavy hair that is damaged from cheap DIY hair color and too much heat styling, so I was hopeful that this would repair my damaged ends. I like the smell, and it is an okay shampoo, but I was disappointed with the extent of the "repair" I saw from this line. It's not the most expensive shampoo, but it also was not the cheapest, and I was really hoping for more. — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

I was hoping for more...
I have pretty damaged hair from daily blow drying and straightening, and lots of at-home hair color. When I saw this product claiming to help mend and bind back together split ends I had to try it. After using it for a few weeks, I haven't noticed a difference at all in my split ends, even followed with the Pro Mend Conditioner and the treatment. It also gave my hair this weird texture that wasn't dry, but it wasn't soft either and made it hard to style. I think for the price this was definitely a waste of my money, and now I have a half-full bottle of this stuff that's just going to go to waste. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 5 people said helpful

Love it
I love this shampoo. I noticed a difference in my split ends right away, and continued use only helped it more. Two stylists even commented that my hair was so healthy, and therefore easy to work with. It also smells great, and the smell lasts pretty well. All that being said, this is a product I will continue to use only as a supplement/weekly treatment to my hair. I like the benefits of other products that this one doesn't have, and you really only need it for split-end maintenance. — 1 year, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Very nice
I have very long (below the bra strap) very fine hair. Plus my hair is naturally red, so therefore I'm very prone to split ends & this stuff is wonderful! After only a few uses my hair really does feel smoother & looks a lot better! The fragrance wasn't too much for me & I'm sensitive to that kind of thing. It is a little more expensive, but if you watch the drugstores you can get a really good deal. Plus even though it is 100 degrees (literally, I live in GA) right now which always means oil-city, my hair doesn't feel like its super oily or even as oily as it normally is, here is to hoping that this will be my new HG! — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
