Smells Great
Some of my hair is pretty straight--like my bangs--and some is pretty curly and requires extra moisture. This shampoo not only cleaned my 3-day, unwashed hair but also moistured it, bringing out the waves and curls. It smells a little bit like coconut and a little fruity. Pretty Good!
I really like this shampoo (especially the smell!) but it can be a tad drying if you already have dry hair. But as long as you follow up with the conditioner it's great! I've noticed some more curl definition, but I think it gives my curls more volume than definition, which is still great. After shampooing and conditioning I use the Captivating Curls mousse and together they make a great curling system! Overall I like this shampoo and I definitely recommend it. Clean and moisturized curls!
Curly hair has special needs, such as a creamy shampoo as opposed to a clear, gel-like shampoo meant for oily or fine hair. I am in love with this shampoo! I have never used anything that has left my curly hair so soft and shiny. For years, I have been searching for a shampoo that does what this has! Suave has really stepped up their game with this line of products. Not only does it compare to Redken's Fresh Curls (which I have used), it exceeds it.
