Best for bottom lashes
I am stunned that not more makeup lines have a product specifically for bottom lashes. Applying mascara to bottom lashes can be so troublesome and several mascaras smudge and give you raccoon eyes by midday. Clinique's bottom lash mascara is a perfect solution. The wand is ultra small so it applies mascara easily to bottom lashes without getting product all over the place. It effectively grabs each lash for a nice, separated look. This is a great long-lasting mascara that isn't a nightmare to take off at the end of the day. Awesome if you need waterproof, but want to use up regular mascara samples
This seems to be the same formula as Clinique's Lash Power. It comes in a pretty, little tube with a tiny brush at the end of the wand. I have chronic very watery, allergy eyes, so I have to use waterproof mascara or look like Alice Cooper or Ozzy in the Black Sabbath era in a couple of hours. For this reason, my favorite mascaras are normally Estee Lauders Zero Smudge Double Wear or Clinique Lash Power mascaras. With this product I can use up my gwp regular mascara samples and put this one on my bottom lashes and outer corners. I am really happy because I also love Clinique's High Impact mascara, but usually cannot wear it because of my teary eyes. Now I can! This one separates, lengthens and thickens without clumping, lasts all day, washes off with warm water and does not smudge. Do not be concerned if it looks like you are losing lashes when you apply water--you are not. It is formulated to "tube" and slide off of your lashes. The tiny brush precisely, neatly, and completely gets every every single lash. It really fits a need I personally have. If you skillfully use regular mascara, you probably do not need this. Clinique Bonus time rolled aroud so I finally decided to run out and pick up a few things I'd had my eye on this being one of them. All I can say is that this product beautiflly coats each and every one of my bottom lashes, without ever smearing, clumping, or flaking. The brush is the perfect size for even your babiest of baby lashes. Best thing ever made!
There is nothing more annoying than using your big mascara brush under your lashes and getting mascara on your nose and under your eyes! By using this in one swipe it brings out all your bottom lashes and is smudge-proof! I was so skeptical about bottom lash mascara. I thought it was a waste of money. I was SO wrong. This is the most amazing creation ever. Although the mascara sometimes runs, I wish there was waterproof, maybe they do. I'm not sure. But I LOVE the brush. A bit goopy, but a good mascara
Coming from Clinique, I knew that the formula would be great! As a serial High Impact Mascara user, I was very excited about this mascara. Bottom Lash has great staying power, but the application is what I have a problem with. The tube doesn't scrape enough mascara from the brush for a flawless application. Perfection!
This mascara is awesome! I am so glad that Clinique was novel enough to come up with this idea, because I was so tired of my giant mascara wands getting product all over my bottom lids! I not only use this mascara for my bottom lashes, but also the hard to reach inner and outer lashes on the top! I have very sensitive eyes, and this formula does not cause my eyes to water at all.
