lasts so long!

I bought this at Target today in the color Champagne Stain, which is a really pretty hot pink color. I have never tried a lipstain before, but it feels so good! So much lighter and less sticky then a lipstick or gloss. It lasts for a long time, even when I eat and drink (plus, I am one of those people who lick off my gloss, so this did not come out from my licking.)

very bright

I got this in forever fuschia and was completely taken aback at how bright it was, i looked like a clown! I suppose it does what it says and lasts quite a long time, but it is definitely too bright for me. It looks a lot better if applied over a chapstick of some sort.

Amazing, Long-lasting Color

This was the first lip stain I ever bought, and the best so far. This is my favorite lip stain brand and it has a surprisingly long-lasting color. I like to layer a lot on my lips before I walk out the door. But it is hard to get out, I guess that is way they call it lip stain. I would buy it again and again, plus it doesn't cost a lot so I like to buy three at a time. ;D

ehh, not a fan.

It works good for the first 10 or so times but then the tip starts to dry out, really fast. The colors aren't so true to what they're suppose to be. The lightest pink is really bright. I used the nude shade and it was kinda dark but under a light colored lip gloss it wasn't so bad. If you're going out for the night to a party or wedding and you don't want to worry about some kind of color on your lips this is good but other than that....no.

meh

I was not a huge fan of this. it's very difficult to apply and the color doesn't last long. it's cheap though, so maybe i will try it out again in a different color.

Definitely doesn't last 16 hours but still ok.

I like the color I bought, but after the first few applications, it seemed to take longer to apply. And it didn't last anywhere near 16 hours, Maybe if I didn't eat, talk, or drink it might have. More like 2-3 hours. I applied lip gloss over it cause it is drying, but I still think I would repurchase. I don't need long lasting color cause I don't wear makeup all day, and the price was nice.

Very good!

I have this both in Persistent Pink, and Champagne Stain. Both colours are very long lasting. The colours are so pigmented that they came out a lot darker than the stick's colour, I don't really mind it with the pink one, but the champagne is almost brown on my lips (I have very pale skin). They do dry out your lips a little, but a lot less than the average lipstain. All in all, they are the best drugstore stains I have ever tried.

Amazing Color, Amazing Last, Amazing Feel...Hands Down BEST STAIN EVER!

I love lip stains, their staying power has always been a must for me. In my neverending search for the perfect lip stain, I ran across this extremely nonexpensive supposed 16-hour lasting lip stain. I have tons of lip stains from the cheapest to extremely expensive. They all have their good and bad qualities, but this is one of the best lip stains on the market PERIOD. As for the lasting and s...read moretaying power....PRIMO....I applied this stain at 8:00 am and come 6 pm, literally it was still just as vibrant as the moment I put it on, now that is a major plus. One other incredible thing I found with this stain is that it did not dry my lips out one single bit. I applied my Rimmel 1,000 Kisses Lip Liner first, then applied this stain (color Smooch Proof), then applied my favorite lip clear lip plumper by Hard Candy, the color and look was absolutely amazing. Throughout the day, I kept checking back and never once did the color fade. I did apply more lip plumper throughout the day about 2 times more and this just adds to the overall gorgeous look of these Lip stains. It was amazing. On the way home from my long exhausting day, I took a quick glance in the car makeup mirror and I will be a monkey's uncle if I am lying, but the color was still amazing, as if I had just applied the lip color. I ran out and bought as many colors as I could get my hands on.....Smooch Proof, Champagne Stain, Persistent Pink are absolutely amazing colors.....these are the only 3 I have tried so far, but I have one now in every color available, so I cannot wait to try them all. Ladies, if you buy nothing else for your face this year, buy these incredible lip stains, you will not be disappointed. Goodbye expensive Benetint, Poisetint, MAC, NARS, Sephora and hello NYC 16-hour lip stains....absolutely unbelievable. 10+++++
