I have been dying my hair for over 10 years now and it is finally starting to show. My hair was brittle and had really bad split ends. I bought this about 6 months ago at my local salon. My mom has used the PHYTO brand several times before on her hair and has liked what she has tried. I was really hesitant to try it because of the hefty $40 price tag. But beautiful hair would be totally worth it. I got home and followed the directions. Wash and towel dry hair. Comb about a quarter-size amount through hair. Leave in for 5 minutes and thoroughly rinse out. I have gotten the same exact result each time I use this product. My hair feels heavy and like it has been over-saturated with product. It is tangled and tangles easily. The worst part is the sticky/tacky texture it leaves behind, especially at the ends. It does not leave my hair feeling soft or silky. I am extremely disappointed in the results. It is taking such a long time to get through this jar. If it actually worked, it would be awesome because the jar lasts forever.
