Neat idea, but needs improvement.
I have this in bronze, which is a lovely color. It has a cooling effect on application, which is weird at first, but kind of nice after you get used to it. The length of wear is okay--some days it was great, other days when my eyes watered a bit, it got everywhere. The liner is also very fragile--be careful not to twist it up too far. For a crayon I love it
The aqua-gel eyeliner is basically like any other eye crayon as far as how it looks. It is simple and is retractable with a twist. This liner, however, goes on with the smoothness I have never before experienced in a pencil/pen/crayon style liner. The bold lines are similar to those of a liquid or cream liner. Some people complain that the liner feels too cold when it goes on. It does indeed feel chilled when applied, but to me it feels really refreshing. Because the formula goes on so smooth you can achieve a very nice bold line. If you want more of a smudge, hurry up and do it quick because it does “dry” quickly. Mine is a dark brown. It is halfway between milk and dark chocolate in color. Great Liner
This is a great eyeliner which I think gets unfair low scores. It's a gel product, therefore it will break if you don't apply with a light hand. A little goes a long way, they are very pigmented & set within 30 seconds. They can be stored in the refrigerator to keep them harder if desired. the worst liner in the world.
not trying to be overly dramatic, but it is. when i first used this i thought i found my new favorite liner. it glides on soooo smooth! it feels super cooling and is very pigmented. to bad it burns your eyes, stains your contact lenes(had to through away a new pair!) and runs at a blink of an eye. Great eyeliner but not for the waterline
Someone at Sephora recommended this product for my waterline. When I used it at Sephora it worked great. The next morning when I put in one it ran all in my eye. It was horrible! For an eyeliner it was great but that isn't what I bought it for. I did end up returning it. Good, but you need a steady hand
First the good - the color is great, very pigmented and once its on & dry it doesn't budge. Also, when you apply it, it doesn't tug at your eyelid at all. Now for the negatives - the pencil doesn't seem to last that long for the price. Also, if your hand is not steady, this liner makes a big mess. no smudge, no stray
In 100+ degree heat and nearly 100% humidity, the black I have just stays put. All day. There's a smallish window for smuding out, and then it's just where you've put it, game over. It's very soft, so use a light hand, twisting up the smallest amount needed for each eye. This means that there is ABSOLUTLY no tugging or pulling on the eye area.
