DON'T GO THERE

So being a huge fan of the John Frieda Blonde range myself being a dedicated buyer for many years i was extremely excited to see this product on the shelf and purchased two there and then! At first i liked the outcome which disguised my roots well by turning them a nice honey blonde colour. The packaging says to use atleast 3 times to get the full effect which i continued to do, I think i used it ...read more4 times before i realised my hair had turned a horrible bright organgey/yellow! Now for someone who has spent hundreds on expensive highlights over the years this was a big negative. I have since stopped using the product and have been washing my hair with Lee Stafford purple shampoo-to knock out brassy highlights but this horrible colour will not budge- I am currently stuck with baby chick coloured hair and i am honestly embarrassed to leave my house. I will be booking an appointment at the hairdresses this week and warn you all not to go near this product with a barge pole.

Love the new Blonde color !!

I just got this product yesterday and i used it already only once. And wooow i really really love this !! I used it for all hair lightning and i did it on the roots too ! And now my roots look fantastc ! You can even do highlights too. But i already have highlights haha. It definitely made it lighter too ! . I would TOTALLY get this product again. Its very simple all you do is spray it on damp hai...read morer and get all your head then blowdry, and once im done blowdrying i use a flat iron and it just makes it really shinny when you use heat tools even a curling iron. ! It even has Heat-Protecting in it ! I love it ! And i got it at Walgrees for $10.00 . I think its worth it. And btw, i use the Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Shampoo/Conditoner with it ! And those were both $6.47 at Walgreens too ! Kinda pricey but it works! So i think the shampoo/conditioner is worth it too. Here's the compliments i got today.. "Wow your hair looks good !" "Your hair is soo shiny!" "Did you go to the salon?" "What product did you use !" 4 people isnt tht enough??? Well hope it works for you guys byeee !

How Was the Beach?

"How was the beach?" That's what people will be asking you after using this product! I've used another lightening spray years ago, but it not only turned my hair an interesting shade of orange, it turned it to straw. Oh yes, and the smell was terrible!! You can use it for an all over look, or you can highlight. The color is pure and almost crystalline in shine. It also leaves my hair soft and conditioned so there is no straw head! And the scent is very pleasant. It takes several applications to see a dramatic difference. But after only one use, my hair took on a nice beachy look. I highly recommend this along with the Go Blonder shampoo and conditioner.

Works as well as all the other lighteners...

Which means it doesn't. Overall, I would give this product high ratings because it didn't damage my hair. After all, it didn't turn it orange like Sun-In. It's hard for me to determine if it worked, though, because the product claims to be a gradual lightener that produces natural- looking highlighs. This is a must have!

When I saw this advertised, I wanted to definitely give it a try. When I tried it out the first thing I noticed was the nice light scent. I have blond color and was focused on my roots and definitely noticed an improvement after a couple of days. I now use it every day all over and am very happy with this. This is going to become a daily part of my routine every morning and am really pleased with the results. I will definitely keep it as a "must have"!

Pleasantly surprised at this great product

Although I was a bit apprehensive about messing with my hair color after just paying for expensive highlights, I tried this spray to lighten up a little more around my face and hairline. I was scared that it would either change my color tone and make it brassy or that it would be too extreme....boy, was I wrong. I applied according to the directions before blow-drying my hair with a salon quality ...read moredryer and then I used my flat-iron to style my hair as the directions indicated that the color was heat-activated. Not only was the color subtle it also blended perfectly with my salon highlights. It also seemed that my hair had more body and shine than normal, I will have to use it again to determine if it was the spray or just a good hair day. I have naturally blonde hair that I have been getting highlights in for years. I am extremely particular about any product that I use on it and I am pleased to say that this is a product that I will use again without hesitation.
