I ADORE this eyeliner!

This is my favorite eyeliner. It's waterproof, smudgeproof, and it goes on effortlessly. It lasts all day and still retains its vibrancy. It dries fast, but if you apply it and make a mistake, you can still wipe it off easily because it's water-based.

Easy to use

Overall, I prefer gel eyeliners for creating a nice black line and/or cat eye look, but I love the quickness and ease of liquid liners. I picked this one up in the shade "On the Hunt" (described as a true black) from MAC on a recommendation from a friend and I have really enjoyed using it. I even got one for my mom who is a die hard liquid liner user. The "brush" on this is what makes it so eas...read morey. It is stiff and comes to a precise point so you can draw on a nice thin line and build it up to your liking. Once this is on it stays all day without smearing or smudging. My liner has lasted me much longer than I expected. Every time I go to throw it away I test it out and find that it still works perfectly. This is a great liner for throwing in your makeup bag because you can get a great effect without having to carry a glass pot of gel liner and a brush. At $18.50 this is a bit pricey for a liquid liner, but like I said, it has lasted for a long time, hasn't dried out or gone runny and gives me nice results each time. I will be repurchasing this once my current liner kicks the bucket.

A fabulous eyeliner

This eyeliner is awesome. It goes on super dark & lasts all day. It's really smooth and the applicator is perfect for making even, thick or thin liners. Sometimes my eyelids can get a little oily but it does seem to affect this liner at all. It's pretty much going to stay on without an smudging or fading until you go in with a good make-up remover to get it off.

Just okay...

I didn't care for either the colors or the tip of the eyeliner. I found the tip to be a little too thick and was hard to control for a straight line, whether thick or thin. The consistency is a bit watery and the gray and brown seemed almost watery in color.

Worth every penny!!

Whether I want a super thin line or a dramatic wing this is the liner for the job! It goes on so smooth it’s super easy to get results you like and others notice too. industrial strength eyeliner

I've tried all of MAC's eyeliners; pencil, fluidline, paint pot, and liquid. When they told me it was waterproof, I wasn't interested because I HATE waterproof mascara (smell, feeling. and overall performance). I thought I'd try it because NOTHING would stay on my eyes. It does only come off with a heavier make up remover (something oil based). I don't have greasy lids, so it's not an issue. If you want something heavy duty, long lasting, and with a clean look: this is the eye liner for you. For me the only disadvantage is i can do a smudgy liner with that. For that, I use fluid liner, and still go over top with this. it's a great product.
