First of all, when you use this dish soap, your hands will not smell like the kitchen. I hate that every time i wash dishes i am left with a gross smell. this soap is wonderfully scented and makes your dishes ansd hands smell great. It lives up to its claim that your hands get better after more uses. After one use, my hands were a little dry immediately after. But after three uses, my hands were softer. BUT, they became dry again after 25 minutes. So this soap is good, but not a miracle worker. Overall, its great. Soap With More
I'm actually going to sound like a product representative, but I assure you, I'm not. I previously used whatever cheap sinkside dishwashing soap my husband purchased, but after several days of use I'll have more input. The soap actually feels creamy, if that's possible, and fills the sink with foamy, tropical-vacation-smelling bubbles. It seems to cut through grease on bacon-butter-syrup breakfast dishes and yet still leave my hands soft and smooth. Relief for winter dishpan hands
I bake a lot in the winter and tried this dishwashing liquid. It works about as well as other Dawn products, yet did not dry out my hands like the antibacterial version. It also had a very light, pleasant fragrance. I like the results of Olay products, but usually not the fragrance. Great for Hands
I have always loved Dawn products because they clean so well, but now I love this product because it is good to clean with and good for your hands. It has a fresh and sweet tropical fruit smell and makes my hands soft. Doing dishes isn't completely terrible anymore
Just like millions of other people, I love my dishwasher. Doing dishes by hand isn't rotten because of the work, it's rotten because it dries my hands out like nothing else can. I am enjoying the sample I receivecd of this Dove Hand Renewal with Olay. I have to say that after two weeks of use my hands have been affected less than with typical dish soap. The pomegranate scent is potent in a good way. This also works better than some of the hand soaps on the market, too. REALLY!
Is it really possible to a dishsoap to feel so luxurious and clean up so well!? I've always been a fan of Dawn dish soap - since the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill. I actually use it to clean tough spots on our carpet as well. This has a wonderful scent that lingers and it makes my hands feel soft - especially in the colder dry weather I live in. Clean Dishes, Smooth Hands: Good Combo
To me dishwashing liquid has always fallen into two categories: cleans dishes well or doesn't clean dishes well. Normally, the dishwasher does the bulk of the work. The idea of dishwashing liquid being a hand softener is an old one but one I never paid much mind to. If my hands got itchy afterwards or felt dry, I just put on gloves the next time I washed dishes. Again, no big deal. Until now. Dawn Hand Renewal really surprised me. The first surprise was in the scent, Tropical Shea Butter. This is a scent one would expect to find in a body lotion. It is a very pleasant smell and the scent lightly stays on your hands afterwards. This product truly did make my hands feel smoother, softer and I had no itching. There was no need for gloves or hand lotion following washing dishes. For all the hand pampering this dish soap gave me it really did clean the dishes. This product is no lightweight. Dishwashing was actually enjoyable with the combination of the scent and how soft and silky the detergent itself felt.Will I give up using the dishwasher for the bulk of the dishes? soft hands
Washing dishes and bottles constantly my hands always dry out especially in the winter. I am finding that the Dawn with Olay is helping my hands. They are softer and not as dry. The scent is nice too, I don't like strong scents on my hands so I was happy with that. Not a miracle worker, but not bad
I have to say I was extremely skeptical about this dish soap. I mean seriously how can a dish soap make my hands softer? But after I tried it a few times, I was pleasantly surprised. My hands didn't feel as tight and dry as they usually do after I wash dishes. Since this is a little pricey, I will probably only purchase it during the "drier" times of the year, and obviously nothing beats putting lotion on my hands after doing dishes. On a side note, it cleans dishes very well too! Home run!
I love the other Dawn detergents, so I was prepared for this to be good - but it's really great! I usually use the dishwasher for most of my dishes but I had alot of pots/pans to wash this past wk-end so I used this numerous times both Sat & Sun. With other dish soaps, after the 1st couple of times my hands would have been tight & uncomfortable but using THIS Dawn my hands were soft! I'm growing out my nails after wearing acrylic for a long time & my nails/cuticles were soft too - not all dry & tough.
