My what BIG PORES you have!
I never really knew how big my pores really were until I used this. I also noticed mid way through the day it started to oxidize and fall apart. Not a pretty look for a pretty girl! — 1 year, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 5 people said helpful

Bad for oily skin
As soon as I put this on my face I knew it wasn't going to work out well for me. My face felt like an oily slick. I wore if for a couple of hours and had to wash it off. My pores felt clogged and I felt like I was wearing a mask. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!
When I first saw the commercial on tv for this product I had to buy it. After I purchased it, I ran home to try it and was in love. Because it's a mousse, it goes on beautifully leaving my face looking absolutely flawless. I couldn't be happier!! And at $7.99 a tub, you can't go wrong!! I've been using the same tub for 2 months now and still have a good amount left. If you have oily skin, I don't know how well this will work for you but if you have normal, dry skin you will love this. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

I guess you get what you pay for
Color match was good (matched it to FIT Me foundation, different review). Put it on using fingers, brush, damp sponge. Dried fairly quickly... Left somewhat spotty, patchy coverage at first that was remedied by blending blending blending and then some powder...for a while. Skin looked airbrushed, flawless, magazine coverage. Woot! Nice look! Finally!!! Went to the movies, saw "Silent Hill 2" with the hubby (please don't waste your money...it was awful)...then nipped into bathroom afterward for a peek and OH MY GOD.... Oompa Loompa Orange(tm). I always thought that was an exaggeration when MUA ladies used that term but Jesus Christ, I looked like I came straight from Willy Wonka's factory! And here I am in town, with no quick fix other than baby wipes in my purse...which I used posthaste to wipe off the I-ate-carrots-babypoop color off my face...a quick dusting of powder and I went from Jersey Shore back to moderately human again. And OH was I not happy!!! Pros: great color match...at first...easy application, nice finish (after some work), relatively cheap price, hefty classy packaging (I'm reaching here) Cons: aforementioned oxidization (don't think I need to continue my already hyperbolic point), takes an hour of blending and lots of powder, odd smell (that fades)...but that SOB oxidization makes me give it five thumbs down. We can travel to the moon but we can't make a drugstore foundation that stays put and doesn't turn unnatural shades of autumn. i returned this after not even applying it all over my face once. I got the lightest color possible and it was like putting light orange paste on my face. The color was terrible. The texture was pretty cool though. Not too sure if it helps oily skin or breaks out as I couldn't even try it. Not much in a small jar either. — 3 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Impressed!
I've tried the other foundations in the Maybelline line and found them to be either too sheer or too heavy. This one was just right! It has a creamy consistency but does not come out of the jar easily with my fingertips, so I use a foundation brush instead. (I have never liked sponge applicators as the coverage ends up being too thick.) Once applied, the coverage felt light, yet gave my skin an airbrushed finish! It lasted all day in the summer heat. To find the right shade (for summer and winter), I will mix 2 colors together. I was surprisingly pleased with this foundation and found it comparable to more expensive brands. — 9 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

For Dry Skin Only!
The texture is not as creamy as it looks in the picture! It's stiffer. Coverage is full and can look cakey pretty easily! I recommend using primer before hand. It is thick and definitely designed for dry skin only! I only use it to cover up dry parts of my combination face because it is moisturizing for sure. I agree with whoever said it feels like you're wearing a mask and your pores are clogging! I think it would be just fine for dry-skinned people though. Even the lightest shade is a little orangey for my fair skin! Make sure you BLEND or it is obvious you are wearing thick makeup! It comes with a sponge-like applicator that applies it pretty evenly and is the only way to go if you actually want to use it all over your face. The downside is that the sponge gets old way before you run out of product! So you'll need to buy additional sponges. Not creamy enough to use fingers or a brush in my opinion, too hard to spread. Gave it 6 because I can use it in some areas and I think people with dry skin will have more success. — 2 weeks, 5 days agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great heavy coverage
This is great for going out because it is such a thick product. It matched my skin quite well too, which rarely happens. Application took me a while to figure out, but using a stipple didn't work well for me. Using my beauty blender or the applicator that comes with it were what I did and I always blend in the texture with a regular foundation brush afterward. Definite repurchase! — 6 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

Disgusting
I tried this foundation based on a glowing review by a "beauty editor". I have good skin, just need to cover some redness. Well, it covered the redness but made everything else stand out! I swear it made my pores look BIGGER. It also melted off my face halfway through the day. The only good thing I can say about it is the shades for lighter skintones are not pink-based like so many other foundations. — 6 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
