Being a BzzAgent, I received this product as a free trial, so I said, "why not." After using it for 4 weeks, I do believe that it decreased my undereye bags slightly and some of my fine lines are not as noticable when I smile. I cant give it a 10 because I also use other eye treatments, which may have contributed to the total effect.
