I started getting bags under my eyes from working a lot, stress and less sleep. After using I Need To Open My Eyes - my eye areas really started looking refreshed! It's very refreshing and the product doesn't irritate my skin at all, which is great because I tend to get red sometimes or break out from weird ingredients in products.
