I bought this little oil-control cream because I am absolutely obsessed with Urban Decay's Primer Potion. I have really oily skin and de-slick in a tube has helped to cut down on some of that grease. I normally use it right after my primer and let it soak into my skin a bit. After I put my foundation on, I look completely matte! The only thing I don't absolutely love about this little tube is morethat I find I can still get mid-day grease, so I need to touch up with some blot powder or put a little de-slick on top of the foundation on my nose. I don't find that it disturbs the make-up too much. I definitely wish that the finish lasted longer, because it is beautiful!

I haven't found a primer that works as well as this one. I have really oily skin in the T- zone area. I applied this in the morning, and at the end of the day, my skin wasn't oily. I really did not expect this primer to work as well as it did. It felt smooth when I put it on, and it dried instantly. My makeup looked great all day! I highly recommend this primer.

Works Good, But it could be better

When I got this mattifier, I was looking for relief and quick! Blotting papers never worked for me so when I got this i never looked at the con because i was just so happy to not have consistently oily face. When you put it on you dont need very much and it dries quickly but if you dont spread it out soon enough you may be stuck with white patches which are easy to get rid of but are annoying if moreyou dont have a mirror and your applying it on the go or during class like i do. It keeps my chin and forehead oil-free for about the entire school day (8 hours or so) but since my nose is so oily i have to reapply every 3 or 4 hours. Overall, its a good price and lasts a long time, but if you have oil-wells on your face, you may need to re-apply. Definitly repurchasing it

In like, but not in love.

Pros: Mattifies insanely well, you don't need much, lasts for 6-10 hours in humid conditions. Cons: You have to blend VERY fast, it dries super fast and tends to leave white patches if not well blended. You also have to apply it with a different sponge/brush/finger than the one you're going to apply your foundation with, otherwise your foundation will pill. I absolutely love the effects, but it's morea little high-maintenance to use, and at $28 for less than an ounce I probably will look for a cheaper version rather than repurchase.
