NOT THE BEST
I used to use Pantene Always Smooth, and it did an okay job. My hair is very thick and med course so I need a product that smoothes and Pantene did not really live up to my expectations at all. My hair still had a ton of fly-aways and was a little frizzy. One of my girlfriend kept telling me to try Suave Professionals Sleek and I finally did and WOW what a difference, my hair has never been this smooth EVER!!! Hopeful yet disappointed again.
I've tried a number of Pantene shampoos and conditioners and have found them all to be harsh and a scalp-irritant, makes my hair very straw like and drying. Soft Hair
This is one of the few shampoo and conditioner sets I have ever used that compared to the more expensive brands I love like Paul Mtichell, Biolage and on occasion Redken. It really does make your hair noticeably softer even after one usage. I like that it protects against damage as I believe all shampoos and conditioner really should. keeps hair much straighter
I love this shampoo it really works on my hair I have really wavy and frizzy hair and this shampoo helped keep the frizz down and made my hair straighter. Doesn't really stop frizz like I wanted
I purchased this hoping not to straighten my curls, but to lessen the frizz. The shampoo is good; consistent with the quality I've come to expect from Pantene, but I think I may have had expectations slightly higher because of my previous experiences with Pantene products. Awesome for frizzy hair

Pantene Always Smooth, Always
I normally do not stay with one shampoo for very long. I have very thick and course hair. The last time I needed to purchase shampoo I decided to try Pantene's Always Smooth. The packaging was what first attracted me to the product. I was not disappointed. I used the shampoo and conditioner together. My full hair was much more manageable and felt really soft. I have used Pantene Always Smooth for five months and will purchase it again.
