Yes, this is expensive and not to be purchased lightly. The larger jar goes for $75 but it's not used as your every day conditioner so it will last a long time. I have chemically treated hair. Yes, I dye my hair and also get highlights in the summer too. This helps my color stay longer and keeps the ends soft even when swimming in the salt water all summer. The conditioner is very thick and the product itself goes a long way. There is a very small wide tooth comb included to help work the conditioner through.
