great mascara
My lashes are thin and not very long, and most mascaras either add volume or length, but not both, so I was very excited when I saw the ads for this mascara. I do find that it can be a bit clumpy, so I wipe the wand off before applying, but it does add just the right amount of volume and length, and I can easily add more if I want a more dramatic look. my go-to!
this is the mascara that i continue to buy, and that says something. i'm one of those that tries something and if it's ok, i'll try something else next time. but this mascara is my go-to. i love the deep black color, it gives great volume and it doesn't clump at all. i like the plastic brush style (i am not a fan of the bristle brush style of mascara). a tube lasts me a long time and when it ...read morestarts to be too dry to get much volume, i use it for a base coat of mascara and use a new tube for the finishing coat (makes extra volume with no clumps!). i do not find that this flakes during the day and even though i have the water resistant version, it is easily removed with soap (and not super water resistant). my lashes are not brittle or uncomfortable either. it is a great price and available at a lot of places. overall, no complaints and lots of pluses!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

my staple mascara

I didn’t experience any clumping or flaking from the unique formula which I found easy to build. You know how some mascaras are dry, some are really brittle, and others are too wet? Flakes
I usually love mascaras from this line, and this one does a relatively good job at covering my lashes and making them appear fuller, but it flakes really badly! I so much as touch my lashes, and it comes off! The brush is nice though. The price was a little high to me, for what it is. I like the lashblast volume a lot better. This formula gives a lot more length but the same amount of volume and separation. However, this one seems to flake a lot more than lashblast volume. And by the end of the day my lashes don't look as long as when I first applied it. It really darkens, defines, separates, holds a curl(especially the waterproof version), and adds a bit of length. Plus it's slightly cheaper. Just like the luxury brands...but for less!
This is actually really similar to the volumizing formula; I don't see how it is much of a fusion of the two formulas (orange and yellow tubes). Before this came out I actually used the lengthening formula and the volumizing formula together. I love this mascara so much! I was looking for a mascara that would give my lashes length as well as volume & I found that in this. I also needed something that wouldn't clump or cause my lashes to stick together & this did the job! Also it adds a little curl. My only problem with it (& most mascaras) is that it gets flaky after make-out sessions.
