I recently picked up this lipstick at a Big Lots for $2, and I was excited that I payed so little for a once $10 lipstick by Revlon no less! I have used Colorstay products in the past and have been pleased. I found my perfect shade and tried it on, the first thing I noticed was that it is an EXTREMELY drying lipstick, and while I don't like that in a lipstick, I decided I'd deal with it for a mere $2, though I am glad I did not pay full price as this was an impulse buy. I dealt with this by topping it with my favorite chapstick, and I was able to do this without trouble as I figured out the reason that it is so drying, This color absolutely bonds to your lips like skin, I haven't had the color sink into the lines on my lips like others have, nor have I had the rough lips that others have spoke of elsewhere. But for a night out that will involve eating/drinking you definitely will not have to reapply as it claims you won't. But dealing with the lack of any moisture on your lips is definitely going to be a roadblock for some. It was worth $2 for the colorstay aspect, but I give it a 3 because I like my lips to be hydrated and non-desert like even if the color doesn't run! — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
