This product was pretty forgettable for me. It wasn't an amazing conditioner, but it wasn't bad either. I didn't really notice any significant softening but I didn't have any ugly snarls or tangles after using it so there was that. LOVE this stuff! I used to have a big problem with breakage and shedding, probably because of the touture I had to put my hair through to get it presentable and then the innevitable afternoon top knot my hair spent 16 hours a day in. This stuff, along with the shampoo, has saved me hours a week in my morning routine. It is not greasy or heavy, left my hair soft, and I can actually go 2-3 days without washing now. Breakage and shedding is significantly less.
