This is 1 of the best eyeliners I've ever tried. The silky texture feels like a dreamy mousse, goes on very easily, is strikingly pigmented and lasts forever. I don't know if it was the ingredients of because it was waterproof but when I put it on my waterline my eyes get really watery and start to tear up! When I got the tears out of my eyes I thought I would be fine. I was SO wrong! One day in my 1st hour math class someone walked my my table creating a breeze and my eyes started tearing up again! I had to ask the sub if I could leave! I wore this for a week and I'm never wearing it again. It is sorta waterproof but it wears off in the corners and fades everywhere else. I got this in the color True Teal and i'm very unhappy because it was a gorgeous color that I can't find a dupe for and cannot wear.
