What Bags?
Not bad. I like how it feels on my skin and it does seem to help with under eye bags when I don't get enough sleep. Also, i like to follow with an eye cream b/c I don't feel it gives my dry eyes enough moisture.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
